Last night (as I do every Sunday night) I prepared for a whole week of easy peasy healthy eating! There’s no excuse not to eat right and eat clean when you take just a little bit of time one night a week, and there’s no excuse for me to be late in the morning getting my lunch and snacks ready, either! I know exactly what and how much is going into my mouth for greater accountability and greater results.

I NEED to start doing this. It is such a good idea. You can even freeze prepared dinners and cook them later if you like. Its amazing how you can freeze food and just pop it in the microwave and it tastes just as good.  If I planned out my meals and lunches and snacks it would be a lot harder to veer from my healthy eating when everything is easy and ready to grab!

I WILL DO THISSS!

this is really inspiring because I always tell myself I’ll do this, and never do. I’m thinking this is what my sunday nights are going to be spent doing from now on!
